IntuiCraft App Privacy Policy

Effective as of 1 November 2023.

Summary

The App does not collect, transfer and share any Personal Data from you. Any Personal Data which the App generates is solely stored locally on your device (e.g. game statistics).

Introduction

This Privacy Policy, or Privacy Notice, explains how David, the main developer, (“I” or “my” or “me”) collects, stores, uses, transfers and shares Personal Data from my users (“you”) in connection with the IntuiCraft application (“App”) and any services related to it.

I reserve the right to and may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If I make any material changes, I will notify you through the App, or by presenting you with a new version of this Privacy Policy. If permitted by applicable law, your continued use of the App and services after the effective date of an updated version of the Privacy Policy will indicate your acceptance of the Privacy Policy as modified. In some cases, you will be given a choice about whether to explicitly accept changes to the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the terms of the Privacy Policy, please do not use the App or services.

Personal Data – collection, legal basis and usage

I will not collect and use your Personal Data without letting you know. Sometimes I collect Personal Data automatically when you interact with the App, and sometimes I collect the Personal Data directly from you.

Depending on which features or services you use, I will collect and process your Personal Data based on one or more of the following legal bases:

  1. Your consent. For example, on the registration screen when you give me permission to process your Personal Data;
  2. Legitimate interests. For example, I may process your Personal Data in relation to my interest in protecting the security and integrity of the services;
  3. Contractual necessity. My obligations to fullfill my contract and to provide my services to you;
  4. Legal obligation. I may be obligated to process some of your Personal Data to comply with applicable laws and regulations (e.g. tax laws).

While the App generates and stores locally statistics and crash reports on your device, this data will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.

Data security practices

I protect your Personal Data using technical, physical, and organizational security measures to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclousure or modification of your Personal Data. These measures include pseudonymization, tokenization and encryption of certain categories of your Personal Data. While I have employed security technologies and procedures to assist safeguarding your Personal Data, no system or network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

I will only retain your Personal Data for as long as is reasonably needed for each purpose.

Third-party sharing

I use other providers to carry out services on behalf or to help me provide my services to you.

I also use them to:

  • infrastructure and information-technology services (e.g. web hosting service provider);
  • provide customer-service (e.g. Email provider);
  • process payment transactions (e.g. Google Play).

The App itself does not collect any Personal Data which is automatically shared with me or a third-party.

Automated decision-making

I do not employ any automated decision-making or conduct profiling of your Personal Data.

User data protection rights

I would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access – You have the right to request me for copies of your Personal Data. I may charge you a small fee for this service.
  • The right to rectification – You have the right to request that I correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request me to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
  • The right to erasure – You have the right to request that I erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that I restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to my processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to data portability – You have the right to request that I transfer the data that I have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

Use by children

General age limitation. The App and services are not intended for children and I do not knowingly collect Personal Data about children under 13 years old through the App. If you are aware of anyone under 13 using this App, please contact me and I will take the required steps to delete such Personal Data.

Age limitation for residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom. Due to legal requirements, I do not allow the use of the App and services by residents of EEA or the UK younger than 16 years old. If you are aware of anyone under 16 using this App, please contact me and I will take the required steps to delete such Personal Data.

Cookies

Cookies are text files placed on your device to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information. When you visit my website, I may collect information from you automatically through cookies or similar technologies.

My website only uses technically necessary cookies.
